What this covers
This explains what aimlineadvisory.com collects, why, and what happens to it. It does not cover client confidentiality, which is governed by your engagement agreement.
What we collect
The fit call form. Name, email, practice name and website, practice management system, monthly collected revenue range, who bills your claims, whether you are working toward a sale or backed by a sponsor, and what made you look for help now. You choose what to enter. We use it to decide whether we are a fit, to prepare for the call, and to reply to you.
The mailing list. If you tick the sign-up box, your email goes on our list. Every email carries an unsubscribe link.
Usage data. Squarespace, which hosts this site, records standard analytics: pages viewed, referring site, approximate location, browser and device. If Google Analytics is running it records the same kind of information and sets cookies.
What we do not do
We do not sell your information, share it with advertisers, or use it to make automated decisions about you.
Who else handles it
Squarespace hosts this site and processes form submissions and analytics for us. Google processes analytics data when Google Analytics is running. Our email provider handles messages you send us. Each has its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
Form submissions are kept while the inquiry is active and for up to three years after that. Mailing list entries are kept until you unsubscribe.
Cookies
This site uses the cookies it needs to function, plus analytics cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings and the site will still work.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email the address below and we will respond within thirty days. California residents have these rights under the CCPA. We handle the same requests from everyone.
